What is E-Voucher?

E-Voucher is a digital or electronic coupon

to use instead of cash paying the SCG EXPRESS delivery service. Many packages are available to choose from as appropriate to the users.

E-Voucher Terms of Use

Available for SCG EXPRESS CLUB members only.
Inform the staff of member no. and telephone no. to collect SCG EXPRESS CLUB points. Then inform the staff of the E-Voucher payment method. Members must confirm their OTP code every time before using the voucher.
Using the E-Voucher instead of cash for normal delivery, pick up service, or collection at SCG EXPRESS branches and Service Point. Check the Service Point at https://www.scgexpress.co.th/servicepoint
E-Voucher cannot be used at Service Agent. Please check the list of Service Agent at https://www.scgexpress.co.th/servicepoint
The delivery fee is deducted from the remaining values in the members’ accounts. Members can check account balances through the member’s system. In the case where fees exceed remaining balances, members can pay the remaining fees with cash to the staff at any Service Point directly.
All remaining balances cannot be transferred to another member’s account.
E-Voucher for normal delivery cannot be used with chilled & frozen items, over-weight and over-size (OWOS) parcel, COD fee, parcel fee, and premium items.
E-Voucher for chilled & Frozen delivery cannot be used with normal parcel service, over-weight and over-size (OWOS) parcel and premium items.
After members have completed the E-Voucher purchase process, no cash refund
and exchange available in any case.
The total values of the E-Voucher are valid from January 3, 2022, until December 31, 2022.

Register Process

1. Go to www.scgexpress.co.th or mobile application.
2. Register to become member.
3. Complete registration form then the system will redirect you to the member page.

Point Collection

Collect 1 point for every spend of 20THB delivery service fee. (The calculation of point collection calculates through the total amount and discount from the receipt and can only apply to delivery service.)
Collect 0.5 points per received parcel.

Over-weight and over-size delivery service does not include in the point collection in any case. Regarding tier transition to the next level, counting points for senders only.

Redeem Points

1. Redeem minimum e-cash discount coupon of 10THB when spending 100 points from the reward redeem system and use it as discount cash at all stores (Service Point, Service Agent, and Pick up Service).

Redeem 10THB e-cash coupon for every 100 points.
Redeem 25THB e-cash coupon for every 250 points.
Redeem 50THB e-cash coupon for every 500 points.
Redeem 75THB e-cash coupon for every 750 points.
Redeem 100THB e-cash coupon for every 1,000 points.

Or exchange points for premium products following the company terms.

2. The company reserves the right to redeem e-cash not exceeding 15,000THB per member and year. The collected points can be exchanged for other premium products.
3. All points are valid for 1 year from the registered day (following company terms).
4. Privilege level adjusts the next day when collected points reach the criteria.
5. Privilege level in the second year references the first year. If collected points in that year do not reach criteria, the privilege level is adjusted according to the actual use the next year.
6. Check the spend and available e-cash redeems history and other rewards on the profile page and select redeems history.

Redeem Rewards

*Customers must have minimum points in the member system following company terms*

1. Redeem points for e-cash.

1.1 Go to www.scgexpress.co.th or mobile application.
1.2 Login to the system.
1.3 Select SCG EXPRESS CLUB on the menu.
1.4 View redeem location, then select “Redeem Point”, then select e-cash.
1.5 After select e-cash, the discount code will be shown on the screen.

2. Redeem points for rewards and premium products

2.1 Go to www.scgexpress.co.th
2.2 Login to the system
2.3 Select SCG EXPRESS CLUB on the menu.
2.4 View redeem location, then select “Redeem Point”, then select redeem awards and premium products.
2.5 Filling name and address for delivery.

E-Cash Usage

1.Inform the member no. (the registered telephone no.)
2.Inform the e-cash discount coupon code received from the system to the staff at Service Point, Service Agent, and Pick up Service.

E-cash Terms of Use

E-Cash can be used immediately and is valid for 14 days from the day of the redemption.
The company reserves the right to redeem e-cash not exceeding 15,000THB per member and year. The collected points can be exchanged for other premium products.

Premium Product Delivery Method

The delivery process takes approximately 1 week from the day the company receives the premium product redeem order. When the products are delivered to the given names, addresses, and orders according to the forms have surpassed the 30-day period, and members do not notify of any issues, the company is to conclude and acknowledge that members have received them completely.

Terms and Conditions

SCG EXPRESS CLUB is owned by SCG EXPRESS Company Limited.
The company reserves the right for members only. If other individuals have claimed the membership privilege, the company will consider such action a violation of the terms.
The company reserves the right to cancel membership in the case of terms violation. The membership cancellation means all collected points are to be cancelled and effective immediately. The company no longer has any debt obligation or is responsible for any compensation from the collected points and the services, and members can no longer claim any privilege from the company.
Special privilege cannot be transferred/changed/redeemed/exchanged as cash.
The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or change the terms without any prior notice.
