Golf Bag Delivery Service

1. Book the service by choosing between a one-way or round trip.

• Specify the pickup information (sender’s name/address/telephone no.)
• Specify the golf course information for the delivery (receiver’s name/address/telephone no.)
• Pay the service fee at the pickup/delivery location.

* In case the pickup or delivery location is a golf course, the customer has to inform the golf course in advance before booking the service (some golf courses do not allow golfers to deposit their golf bags in advance.)

2. Delivery Time

Day 1    The customer books the service (specify sender’s name/address/telephone no.).

Day 2    SCG EXPRESS delivers the golf bag to the designated golf course (there will be an SMS sent to the receiver upon delivery).

Day 3    The customer is ready to tee-off.

* If the customer books the service within 1.00 PM, the golf bag will be picked up within the day (except Sunday).

** Please book the service for the golf bag to be delivered at the delivery destination 1-2 days before the play date.

3. How to Prepare a Golf Bag

• SCG EXPRESS’s staff counts the number of golf clubs together with the customer at the pickup location.
• SCG EXPRESS’s staff wraps the iron and the golf clubs with bubble wraps.
• The customer has to prepare a golf bag cover before handing it over to SCG EXPRESS’s staff

4. Shipping Your Golf Bag from the Golf Course

If the customer ships the golf bag from the golf courses that SCG EXPRESS has partnered with, the golf course staff will issue a deposit receipt as evidence after the customer pays the service fee. When SCG EXPRESS inputs the data into the system, an SMS with a tracking number will be sent to the customer for status tracking.

** In case of damage or loss, the maximum compensation is up to 10,000 Baht (the company’s terms and conditions apply.)
